Bodegas Covilor is constituted in the year 1955 under the name Agricultural Cooperative "Virgen de Loreto". The building purchased by the founding partners of COVILOR to a family in the village, remains the headquarters of the winery, which can be considered as a model of industrial architecture of the period. In the following years are adding new partners, to bring together all the wine producers población.Siempre highlighted by the innovative spirit of its Cooperative socios.Nuestra pioneered the region in the installation of controlled fermentation, developing high quality pink.
